Mould Manufacture

We work in a partnership network with a group of tool makers specialized in the various types of moulds, equipped with the most up-to-dated tool room equipment available and highly specialized labour power with wide reputation in Europe.
This type of structure offers the ideal conditions to respond with efficiency, flexibility and success to the management of large number of moulds with the same delivery thanks to the simultaneous involvement of various mould makers working under our close control.

Mould Test and DIM Sample Control

As the test is the culmination of the production process, it deserves our particular attention because it allows us to evaluate whether the design and engineering have been the most appropriate and whether the manufacture has been carried out with the quality required, ensuring a perfect mould function.
At the end of the test a detailed report is made by the project engineer which is sent to the customer along with the samples accompanied by the dimensional control carried out at our technical department.

Final Inspection and Mould Shipment

Before shipping the mould, we carry out a thorough inspection in order to ensure full compliance with all the requirements and specifications demanded by the customer in the tender specifications. The mould is always accompanied by its respective Mould Technical Manual with Maintenance Instructions.



Guarantee and Confidentiality

We ensure after-sales assistance in accordance with the contract terms.

In the same way, from the budgeting stage and, in the event of an order, throughout project development and production, total confidentiality of any sensitive information received from the customer is guaranteed.
